A typical contract hire rental will consist of a 12-60 month contract, which will include mileage restrictions, an initial low rental fee and road tax. A vehicle is hired for a specific period of time with a fixed rental paid based upon on the anticipated mileage. Basically, the higher the mileage accrued, the higher the rental fee will be charged. Contracts can be for the car hire only or include full maintenance.
